It is at least a little amusing how these things get started... but it is more amazing how long they keep going.
Apparently some time yesterday, Jackie Chan died on Twitter. FYI, he's not actually dead. Just on Twitter.
This thing has been a trending topic now for at least two days... and he's not even dead. So how in the hell is it still going? Because every moron and their sister continues to tweet that "RIP Jackie Chan isn't real" or that "Jackie Chan isn't dead!" or something like that.
Point is... IF YOU KEEP TWEETING ABOUT IT, IT WILL KEEP TRENDING.
So stop tweeting about it if you know it's not real. If a few people would stop and think about that for a minute, the trend would die and it would go away and no one else would be confused about Jackie Chan's current well-being. But continuing to tweet about how not real it is and how he's still alive only perpetuates the topic!
