A dilemma… I want to confirm that Twitter is down – but I can’t get to Twitter! What do I do?
I can’t tweet about it and ask other people. I can’t load twitter to see complaints of the Fail Whale appearing. I can’t even see the Fail Whale. I AM DISCONNECTED FROM THE WORLD!
